Pour réserver votre chambre d’hôtel à prix réduit au Hilton Tanger, veuillez envoyer un e-mail à Tania Muñoz ([email protected]) avec vos dates d’arrivée et de départ souhaitées ou appeler l’hôtel directement au +212 5394-09400 indiquant que vous participez à TOC Africa et vous recevrez le tarif réduit.

Demander Votre Lettre de Visa

Veuillez noter que le formulaire de demande de Visa Letters n’est disponible que pour les personnes déjà inscrites. 

Pour cela, vous aurez besoin de votre clé d’inscription unique qui vous aurait été envoyée dans le courriel de confirmation lors de l’inscription.

Notez que TOC Worldwide ne fournit pas de visas et que vous devez faire une demande auprès de l’ambassade concernée. Les visiteurs sont censés couvrir la totalité des coûts de leur voyage au Maroc.

It has been brought to our attention that several unauthorised companies have been contacting exhibitors via emails and phone calls claiming to be working with the TOC Events Worldwide events team. We strongly recommend not to engage with any third party companies (eg hotel booking service, event directory service) claiming to be working with the TOC Events Worldwide team as these are unauthorised companies and are not affiliated with TOC in any way. If in doubt – please do check with us. 

TOC has NOT appointed any company to call you directly and sell hotel rooms. Therefore, we advise that hotels should always be booked via the TOC website.
